Once approved, our installation team will connect your property to the distribution line. Installation timelines vary depending on distance and terrain.
Water Activation
Your connection is activated, and you begin receiving clean water from the Bacalan River — tested, treated, and delivered reliably.

The water we deliver comes from the Bacalan River — a clear, abundant freshwater river in Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay, permitted and operated by our production partner, AWSDC (Aces Water Supply Development Corporation). AWSDC draws water from the river, filters it through a certified multi-stage filtration system, and stores it in a 1,500 cu.m reservoir before delivering it in bulk to our distribution network. The filtration facility has passed all 7 authorized water quality tests — a 100% compliance rate.
